The beautician did confirm the appointment via Treatwell, but neither showed up for the appointment nor did she respond to email or phone when I was waiting. I also did not receive any follow-up message or apology. The salon is a tiny room in an extremely run down shopping centre. It took me 15 minutes to find it since it is that small and it does not look very hygienic from the outside either. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very unpleasant and a waste of my time and money to travel there. The salon and its location are that shocking, however, that I am glad in hindsight it didn’t go through. I would definitely not recommend HD Beauty and Brow Bar.

I booked an appointment and waited for half an hour but the technician didn’t show up, or respond to my messages or calls, so I am very disappointed

The beautician didn’t turn up to the appointment. I was left standing around for 30 mins. Hopefully I will get my money back! Not a good customer experience at all!
