Lauren is an absolute gem, always very professional at each visit and a great knowledge to advise you what is best for your hair. All staff super friendly and make you feel very welcome. Always asked if there is anything I would like to change or not happy about anything , always a no! Wouldn't have my hair colored by anyone else now ! she's made a frumpy brunette into a sassy blonde
