Exceeded any expections I had for my highlights as my hair is a mess but Frances was amazing she listened, advised and the end result well I am more than happy with it, great value, lovely salon and I will definitely be back. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

No issues at all with this app - the ladies in the salon are always so lovely and attentive!
I had a manicure / pedicure with gel with Yana (which is my regular go to) and she did a fantastic job.
My hair was done by Lisa and she really did magic - I had been wearing my hair up almost all the time before this app, but now with the cut, colour and advice on products feels confident to wear it down:)
