When we entered we were told that they were running late. We waited 25 minutes and during that time were completely ignored. There was no apology or time indication. We then left and received no apology at all. It was so unprofessional. Also the workers were bringing in fast food and the place smelt like fried food. The environment and staff was completely inappropriate when considering that we were there for a relaxing treatment. Would not recommend at all.
