I'm so happy with my new haircut, it was long overdue and I'm so happy I came to HBB London. Francis was wonderful, super friendly and took the time to explain to me what she's doing and checking whether I Iike it. I'll definitely be back!

Lisa was unable to be there at short notice. Everyone rallied and looked after me very well.
Fran, who is quite new and inexperienced, really stepped up to the mark and was terrific.
She deferred to Tam when she needed to and took a lot of trouble to get everything right.
Both she and Amber were under more pressure than usual I imagine and they were very professional.
Tam was terrific as always!

I have been going to HBB for a year now and every time I leave loving my hair. Lisa is brilliant she really cares about the health of your hair and puts that first. My hair went from black to blonde over the year and she made sure to only bleach it if my hair was healthy enough. Great salon, highly recommended.
