Loretta is very professional yet provides a warm, welcoming and personal service. My feet felt and looked wonderful after the treatment and polish - when I arrived my right heel in particular was very dry and cracked but I left with two beautifully hydrated and moisturised heels ready for spring sling backs. My hands were also very dry but afterwards looked and felt soft, properly moisturised and looked great with polished nails. This is a great service and a real treat!
