Tried postponing the treatment on the same day as felt unwell, but they refused accommodating me. I do understand the policies, however I checked and saw plenty of slots available on the same day. When I came and left I was the only customer there, therefore I don’t understand why would they be so strict about it. Receptionist was rude and condescending, made me feel unwelcome. The lady that did the massage was nice and professional.
