I have mixed feelings, because actually the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and it was in fact a receptionist that told me about Treatwell (which I will using often from now on!). However my treatment began 30 minutes late, then I was left laying on the treatment bed for unattended for a further 20 minutes. The light was also left on, and for a facial treatment (when you want to relax a little) that wasn't ideal. I would go back because the treatment itself was great, and the reception staff were lovely, but perhaps don't go if you have places to be afterwards (as you may find you're over an hour behind, and may not also get your full one hour treatment...).

After a month of traveling, this was the perfect place to get a facial and pamper my skin. Best facial I've had, I love all the staff! Very friendly and relaxing. Fully recommend this place.

First time here & I must say, I was very impressed.
Staff were incredibly polite & helpful, couldn't do more for you. I had the 3D facial scan done which I was rather scared about being a sun lover but it wasn't so bad. The beauty therapist was really helpful, took the time to go through the results with me, explained what treatments could be done to remedy, really knowledgable but not in a sales way, which is often the case at most beauty spots. She was A*.
Had a prescriptive facial in the end & a week later my face is still glowing! Will definitely be back soon. A big thank you to Giedre (hope that's the correct spelling), you not only brightened my skin but my day too. Thanks again!

Very nice people, and they know what they are doing. Fully recommend for the lazer hair removal.
