My nails were cut and filed wonky; each one was at an angle (not straight); when I asked for them to be corrected I could tell the therapist was getting annoyed, so i ended up leaving with a load of wonky nails. The gel manicure itself is poor it lasted about 4 days before chipping and cracking and generally looking worse for wear, never experienced this before. We had Chris Brown blaring at us nonstop on Youtube the entire session (need I say more?) and they only take cash...

BIAB nails were done really well, love them! The shop was nice and clean, and all of the staff were lovely. Would defo recommend!
