Kelsey is one of the salon owners. Qualifying in 2007 from an apprenticeship then moved between a couple of salons gaining experience in how different salons and areas work. In 2008 started at a salon in Blackheath where she worked as a senior stylist and salon manager for nearly 7 years. Learning how to run a business by dealing with all aspects of how the salon was run. In 2013 Hayward Golding opened and have over the last 10 years built up a large and loyal clientele. Purely gaining on recommendations and reviews.
