I feel Kelsey is a lovely lady but I felt rused. I am not sure if booking Fri afternoon 16:45 is a liability but gosh my cut is way too short 😟 1” turned out nearly 3” off and its not looking nice, a bit ‘ratty’ and the neckline of my bob is not straight. Upsetting just before Xmas, luckily it will grow. Also 45 minutes for a cut and blow-dry? Not sure if that leaves enough time. Anyway this is my honest review. I do not like leaving reviews like this but felt I had too. Merry happy Xmas 🎄 ✨
