There was a problem with the booking system and it allowed me to book an appointment on a day that my hairdresser did not work. She had to phone me the day before to apolagise for the mix up and rebook my appointment for the following day.

I have been apprehensive about getting my hair dyed after a bad colour match at a different salon a few years ago. Kelsey has done a fabulous job matching my natural colour and covering my grey hairs! She has been cutting my hair for a few years and it is always a great cut.
