Absolutely phenomenal! Tash was extremely informative and knew exactly what my back issue was along with targeting those specific areas. The treatment worked wonders as my back pain has completely disappeared and can already see a massive improvement in my posture.

Having shopped around a fair bit on the past, I was recommended to Haylistic through a colleague at work and I’m so happy I took their advice. As I’m currently on the mend from a double ACL and PCL tear, I was tentative of trying someone new. Tashana has a wealth of knowledge, always stayed within my comfortable pain threshold and most importantly for me could hold a great conversation throughout, I fully recommend and will be returning next Wednesday and continuous until my knee has recovered. 5 star service
