Tasha was incredible! I’m amazed at how much better my glutes and legs feel after the massage. She knew exactly where to focus and clearly has deep knowledge of her craft. She took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Tashana is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at ease and was incredibly thorough throughout the entire treatment process for my LCL sprain. She took the time to assess the injury properly and tailored each session to my needs; combining deep tissue massage, acupuncture, and specific rehab techniques that really helped speed up my recovery. What stood out most was her knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for getting me back to full strength. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly so I understood how each part of the treatment was helping. If you’re dealing with any kind of injury or discomfort, I couldn’t recommend Tashana more highly. She’s a top-tier physio and clearly passionate about what she does. You’ll be in great hands!
