Sadly I did not have a good experience. I booked a gel manicure with removal. The appointment was supposed to be 60 mins but I was there for over 90 mins. They were too busy and using the same staff member for different clients. At one point I was left waiting in my foils for over 15 minutes. They tried to leave me later on and I had to tell them no. This was particularly frustrating as I'd made plans with friends after that I was late for. Also used the wrong gel colour which I had to correct.
