I would rate my experience as average. I had to ask the technician to go back and remove remaining polish that was missed the first time, which wasn't ideal. On the positive side, they offer coffee to gel and BIAB customers— a thoughtful touch that clearly caters to local preferences and adds a nice bit of hospitality to the visit.
