I was surprised when they asked for 10£ just for the chrome effect. I was not aware of that surplus before paying it. They should disclaim the price of those little add ons before applying.

waited almost 30 mins after my booked appointment time before beginning manicure. Manicure at the time seemed ok /therapist was pleasant, however after only a day the gel polish started to chip. I have had great experiences elsewhere, won’t go again!

While I was receiving my pedicure treatment another technician came and said do you mind if I do your manicure at the same time so I said sure. I wish I didn’t. It was extremely uncomfortable. And in the end he brought the drying machine and put it on my lap. When I was done I noticed that he hadn’t even wiped the machine clean before placing it on my lap as it left a lot of dust and dirt on my trouser. No cuticle oil in the end. 1 week on and the skin around my nails are all cracked and dry.
