Had to wait 30’ for my appointment which was booked and confirmed via the app. This is not the first time this happens. Hay Beauty double books customers and the service feels rushed. Rather than an enjoyable soa experience it can turn into a stressful one. I strongly recommend they DO NOT double books and treat customers to a proper quality service. Also this time there was a person asking strange questions such as ‘do you want a manicure?’ Which was quite confusing!!
