BIAB nails never done correctly, nails always break between appointments, as done too thin. Never happens anywhere else

The staff were really lovely but unfortunately the BIAB manicure I had did not last. On my index finger the entire piece of polish came clean off after a week. Normally with BIAB the product is so adhered that it lasts for weeks even if it chips. Really disappointed as it was my first time here and the quality of the BIAB is not great.
