I am not in the habit of complaining, but after ignored emails from Hay, I would like to truthfully say I am more that disappointed. During my pedicure the skin was scrubbed so hard on the side of my heal that the skin broke, and painfully left a rather deep burn that then started bleeding. Upon my yelp, the pedicurist (who had not been paying attention) announced that I had a cut there before. I absolutely did not. I was accused of lying and no apology was given. I still have the wound.
