I had booked a £15 clipper cut. On arrival she said she would need to use scissors. My normal hairdresser cuts my hair only with clippers so I couldn't see the issue but agreed as she clearly wasn't confident. She said she would "make sure it was ok". She then went on to charge me double what I had expected to pay in total I paid £35 for a hair cut that I would normally pay £14 for.
I won't be going again.
