So upset with this waxing appointment as I have previously given a 5 star review. I was burned, bruised and had skin ripped off during the course of this waxing. The lady I had previously was not available for 2 weeks so saw someone else. I regret it

A fantastic experience , first time I have gotten my laser treatment for underarms , bikini Hollywood , was very worried about it being painful , the experience and great reassurance I recieved from the therapist , is amazing , she is very professional and very helpful, it was not as painful as I thought it would of been.
