I booked quite last minute for a facial and massage with Emma at Haven Spa and I can honestly say it's the most relaxed I have been in a few months! Emma is very friendly and tries to create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and tranquility. The massage was brilliant with light to medium pressure used throughout. The oil she used really helped my skin to look and feel hydrated. The highlight for me was definitely the facial. Emma is clearly very skilled at this and the products were quality

I had a fab massage with Emma - extremely relaxing and the perfect pressure, and the treatment room was really relaxing and calming. Emma also treated me to a complimentary mini facial after an appointment reschedule, which was really kind and generous. I felt like a new woman by the end of my visit!

Really lovely little venue and Emma was fantastic. I've had massages over the years from various different people and places and Emma is by far the best, the pressure levels were perfect and felt calm and relaxed throughout. Very much enjoyed it and will be booking again in future
