Komal usually does my Hollywood and legs wax - she’s very good at that. I decided to try a pedicure, I was not happy. I showed Komal a picture of what I wanted and I don’t feel as though she listened to me as a customer. She made her own suggestions over and over again. She pushed her suggestions onto me in a very forceful manner rather than doing what I ask her to do. I’m very disappointed. I paid £35. The colour was not the colour I chose. She filed my nails right down. I am still very angry.
