* Wax left looking very messy from previous use even though her excuse was she uses single use spatulas and the brand don't sell a cleaner, still the state of both wax containers in the salon not ok for clients to have faith in the hygiene of the salon.
*Most painful Hollywood wax iv received in 15 years iv also waxed myself and had ipl before. She took tiny tiny sections and repeated areas alot"to be through"
Underarms I had to ask her to stop after 22 attempts one side and still hair left

I was a little nervous and unsure walking in as this was my first time being waxed but Komal was so lovely and friendly that I immediately felt at ease. She was very professional, communicating clearly and clarifying with me after I booked the wax slightly wrong on the site. She did an amazing job and I will definitely be a regular. Thank you Komal!
