The atmosphere was the stand-out thing about this place, it's like one big happy family there. Leah was great, chatty and friendly but didn't force conversation, knew exactly what she was doing. Happy with my hair overall. Salon isn't anything fancy so wouldn't go for the 'experience', I wasn't even offered a magazine and I was there for hours - I thought maybe they don't have them but at the end saw other people had them, I def got a sense the regulars are looked after better, but good overall.

I managed to easily get a last minute appointment for balayage. Amber took a long time on my hair, was very welcoming / thorough / chatty, made sure I was comfortable throughout and really pays attention to detail. All for a great price too! Amber cuts / colours your hair exactly how you want it which I have struggled to find in a hairdresser previously. Couldn't recommend enough.

It was the first time visiting XS hair but I can honestly say it was great. The service was great and Amber! The hairstyle was something completely different and she understood what I wanted. Was very happy!
