The haircut was spot on. Unfortunately, the floor was slippery and I had a fall which could've been avoided but I am fine.

Staff were really friendly throughout my visit and it wasn’t an intimidating environment. Staff were chatty, caring and entertaining. I was offered a glass of wine and while waiting for my appointment, was checked on by several staff to make sure i had been seen to. Lovely cut.

Sara has been my stylist for about 25 years , I even travelled from Kent for several years😊. She is a good listener and very caring person. Plus, and most importantly she cuts my hair excellently, not easy as it’s very thick and a bit wavy🙄. A very talented lady
