It was a really good deal, the person who cut my hair was lovely and she did a great job!
I've been to hairdressers where the person washing my hair is doing it so badly it hurts but I had a great experience, very relaxing hair wash and a lovely massage too whilst my treatment was on. I would defo recommend XS.
Ladies' Haircuts
I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to XS. Jess is a fantastic hairdresser, who corrected a previous dodgy haircut for me, and I felt extremely comfortable in the salon. Whilst the cost of a haircut at the salon will stretch budget pockets (I was on a MobDeal), I was sufficiently impressed by the service and cut I received to start working out how to afford to go to XS again in the future. I've lived in Leeds for seven years, and this is without doubt the best hair salon I've been to in that time. Cheaper haircuts can be found elsewhere, but this is a special salon, and I have no hesitation in recommending it.
Ladies' Haircuts
I've tried many salons in Leeds from Toni and Guy to Vidal Sasoon and i've never been quite satisfied with my hair. At XS Sara is brilliant - she just gets it right! My colour is the best its ever been and i actually have shine to my bleached hair for the first time ever thanks to Sara persuading me to add some tint! The atmosphere is so friendly and you can relax with a glass of wine while waiting for your hair to set. I've been going to XS for almost 3 years now and i won't go anywhere else! Would totally recommend it!!
The stylist was really helpful with choosing a hairstyle for me. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. However, I didn't get any extra treatment (apart from a head massage, haircut and blow dry) and a glass of champagne. I could have asked for it but I didn't want to make any fuss because 12 pound was still very cheap for what I actually got.
I would like to recommend the XS to everybody and I am thinking of going there for my next haircut.

A bit pricy (had I paid the full price) but I felt I had a good haircut from a friendly member of staff. Atmosphere OK. Customers sat around the perimeter of the room, did not feel I received a very personal service.
