Ben was really great. He took the time to understand my needs and I left with a perfect haircut. The salon itself is great, the massaging and reclining seat for the hair wash was a nice touch and the products smell amazing

The hairdresser's scissors were missing after she had been off work for a while, so she had to struggle with ones that were not ideal. She did her best but I would expect a hairdresser to have suitable scissors at all times, the business should keep suitable spare pairs. The price was good, staff were polite and friendly, nice head massage when having hair washed.
