Great experience! Apart from the obvious (friendly staff, very clean, good manicure) I loved the little details that made this manicure great, e.g. the best organized swatches I've ever seen and nice plastic clips used while removing the old gel polish instead of rugged tin foil. Had a great laugh with Annie because I had to change pages on my kindle every time I had to put the hand under the lamp. Will come again!

Great range of colours, the hot stone massage on my feet during pedicure was lovely. But the lady nicked my toe badly while trimming the cuticles and didn’t really seem to care much. She nicked my finger too later during the manicure. She seemed to be rushing. Should take more care with sharp objects. Won’t be going back.
