I cannot recommend Kristen enough! As a new client, I was desperate for relief from one of the worst migraines I've ever had. After a chat through my history with migraines and holding tension in my neck and shoulders, she got to work straightaway and seemed to know exactly what I needed - even when I didn't! She massaged my shoulders, neck and head which helped alleviate a lot of the pain and was very relaxing at the same time. Kristen has a healing touch and I am very glad to have found her.
