Easy to find and park. No waiting at venue, straight in through to the treatment room.
Therapist was pleasant.
I wasn't a fan of the oil fragrance used (my bad, I didn't feel like commenting).
I'd suggest more plants in the treatment room for a calming atmosphere and maybe an atomiser to feel more indulgent.
