I attended this centre for the first time the other day. I had been suffering from a very stiff neck for several weeks. A friend suggested trying a neck and shoulder massage. I must say that the therapist did a very good job. My neck and shoulders feel noticeably more mobile, which is a relief.I plan to book another session very soon.
