Arrived just before 10 and they didn't seem to be expecting me. Said oh so take a seat..my appointment was 10am, the therapist didn't arrive until 10.10am as in at the actual salon, so my session didn't start until 10.15. No apology. Finished within 20 mins. Once I checked I still had hairs on top half of leg, not very thorough. Dont think I will return as this happened with my last appointment in and out within 20 mins but thought i would try again
