The most horrific experience. No wax strips used just hot wax. She did not pull the skin tight at all and kept me in one position, making it even more painful. Tried pulling too much at once causing me to be in a lot of pain. Not what I was expecting

I had a wax done and the lady (didn't catch her name), made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was quick but very thorough and they fitted me in at a different time I booked to fit around me.
