She caused wax burns under my arms. She didn't recommend hot lycon wax until after she used tea tree wax. She cancelled my subsequent appointment creating so much confusion and I had to change my schedule to meet the new appointment times. If I hadn't known Victoria, I would have not returned to Harris.
