I do appreciate the owner has children but today was too chaotic, noisy and messy. Ballon’s left on the floor from the eldest child playing, too much noise and one of the technicians had to leave her client to go to the baby who was crying. I honestly think the owner needs to have the children away from the salon floor with a child carer. It isn’t the cheapest of salons and I don’t want to come and have the noise and chaos.
