Wasn’t sure what to expect from BIAB refil so a little surprised it involved using an electric file. My nails still seem weak but am hoping BIAB will eventually make them stronger.

I just had the most incredible massage experience! Harri the therapist was a true professional, highly skilled attentive and really took the time to understand my specific problems areas. The treatment itself was pure bliss and Harri was reassuring and gave excellent advice on how to address the issues l had. She found knots I didn’t even know I had and used the perfect amount of pressure to melt away all my tension. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, light, and stress free.
