Turned up for a booked appointment at 2pm on Thursday 7th Aug. Got there about 1.45 and door locked with no staff present. Waited till 2.15pm but no one turned up. I did think it was strange every time slot for weeks ahead was available when I booked

Shop was closed at the time of my pre-booked appointment and there was no response to my calls or message (which I can see has been read). I've seen that the shop was open later in the same day yet have received no communication or apology for Mr Cleavin missing my appointment.
