I had a Hollywood waxing with Viola and was really painful. The final outcome was good but I would have appreciated if she had been more delicate. I recommend the place but not so much the therapist.

I'll start with the initial experience and reception. I didn't feel it was necessary or appropriate to be asked about my menstrual flow and frequency when I had booked a facial treatment. So I didn't get off to a great start.
The therapist was very nice - professional and personable. But she highlighted some very minor scarring on my face (a flaw I wasn't there to discuss even) and a treatment I could have for it, which I hadn't asked for. I felt that was kind of rude but understand it was advice that she may have felt was helpful as well as potentially profitable. The red vein treatment was fine (painless, actually) but I didn't receive the aftercare advice I was promised via email, and I'm not confident of seeing the results I'd hoped for. The second treatment was a facial specifically for refreshing dark circles under eyes. It didn't do that. It didn't do anything at all, to be totally honest. Nothing. It didn't even feel relaxing or refreshing at the time. In summary, I spent £245 and most certainly wasted at least £45 on that, and feel a bit disappointed and begrudging about the rest.
