Most painful bikini wax I’ve ever had. The hot wax was scalding, and each ‘rip’ needed 3-4 attempts. They got wax on my inner labia which they then had to start scratching at with their nails. I’ve had a few waxes, but I’ve never felt compelled to negatively review one before. The staff were generally very friendly, but the wax experience itself pretty much eclipsed this. Ow.
