The treatment itself was great and my beautician did all what was in her hands to make sure it was done perfectly . However since the place is in the middle of London City I was completely surprised by the receptions staff attitude . I had my allotment booked for 6:30 . Arrived 10 mins earlier , because I was expected to be in the treatment room by that time . Walked in , reception asked me to sit . Then a lady walked ( who was working there as beautician ) asking the ladies behind their desk if they received her msg . Both of them looked at each other , nope . One didn’t receive the msg , the other one didn’t understand the msg .
Anyway 6:31 I am still sitting there , without tea , water or a word of update . So I decided to ask if they running late . I think the reception lady was shocked since it was only a minute after my scheduled time ( I am used to people being on time in the city ) , so she answered me in a manner of why am I even raising complaints about a minute . Then she told me they are running 10 mins late . At that point I was asked if I fancy water . Also at the point I had a brief thought of wanting to leave this place .
In your favour the beautician has saved your face. She was working hard , she was doing back to back appointments from the early morning hours . Because of that and a new beautician she has ran out of wax , and that’s why she was trying to msg the reception queens . Hence the delays .
Honestly it shocked me how useless they were . How pointless of them to sit there . At one point there was three of them .
I was expecting completely different type of time keeping , welcome and professionalism from a city clinic , considering the price you guys charge . I am guessing there’s a need for that to pay the wages of not needed reception staff.
