The place itself is tucked away a little, and from the outside looks very unassuming. However, the staff are very friendly, the clinic is very clean and tidy and everything is very professionally done. Being reluctant to try new places for waxing given some terrible experiences in the past, I can safely say that this is a reliable service in a very comfortable environment and I would definitely return for waxing again.
