I usually come here because Paulina was the best waxer I found in the city. However she has now left and the new woman, though kind, did not know how to do a proper hot wax. She also did half strip wax, half hot wax. That is not what i paid for. I also had to wait 30 minutes after arriving and was not given any guidance from reception on why or the timing, they basically ignored me.
