This is a very professional clinic, the staff is very polite and helpful. The treatment itself was great but do expect a bit of pain if it's your first time, however this doesn't stop me from coming back, Viola really is one of a kind and knowledgeable about beauty procedures and have booked my next session with her already. Can't wait!
