Very professional and super friendly lady who is doing the waxing. It was fast, nearly painless (I do not think that waxing could be without a bit of pain) and good. I will def. come back!

Phones are not just for decoration. as there are some construction buildings and since the post code does not show the exact location on the map, when coming from old street direction it is pretty hard to find it as it brings you to the wrong location but you cannot find it due to the constructions going around. I understand this is not their fault. What i don't get it that when i spent time calling them for 10 mins on both landline and mobile why no one picked up or called back. there is a receptionist there...what is her job exactly if it is not to answer the phone! eventually i found the place but since i was 10 mins late due to going up and down the street, they couldn't do the waxing.
Blessing in disguise as reading some of the other unhappy customers after their hollywood wax, i am glad i didn't have to experience that as well.
Plenty of other places in the city where the wax is cheaper than £45 full price.

Wasn’t sure about the treatment I had received definitely didn’t receive the type of facial that included microdermabrasion It wasn’t the relaxing atmosphere I was expecting and the type of facial was more just to sell the very expensive products after that are recommended to you.
