The salon is clean and smart in a convenient location and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However the therapist was running 10/15 minutes late (I was one of the last appointments of the day) and I felt my appointment was rushed as a result. That being said she was efficient and put me at ease which are the main things I want for a bikini wax.
