The clinic is a little hard to find due to various road works currently. Whilst there are a a lot of stairs the rooms are all well presented and clean. The staff are really top notch - very client focused and excellent skills. Unfortunately the machine for the micro-needling was faulty so they couldn't complete the treatment but after trying to resolve the issue they have rearranged my appointment. I have given 5 stars as would be unfair to give less. Will give proper feedback once I have the next appointment.
