Brazilian wax was good but this was overpriced and the salon is average. I booked a lunchtime appointment, and arrived on time, and waited 15 minutes to be soon by the beautician (no one had explained the wait time) which is too long at lunchtime. I was then told to go upstairs to the top floor and given no further directions, although I said I’d never been before, and by going up to the top floor walked into someone else’s treatment... The wax itself was good and painless but it was not a treatment room (apparently that was in use) and there was no additional tweezing / trimming to make sure everything was removed. Will go back to my usual City salon next time as this was not cheap.
