The most friendly staff I’ve encountered at a beauty salon, genuinely so, and they all clearly enjoy where they work which definitely is reflected from the moment you walk through the door! Levels of hygiene are very high - no double dipping wax sticks here! The beauticians care about doing a really good job so very thorough and not rushed. They also try to make sure you are as comfortable as you be during a wax!

Lovely staff, and the lady who did my wax was super speedy (as per the reviews). However for £42 (£10-£15 more than I’d normally pay) I was expecting exceptional results and was left quite disappointed. Quite a lot of hairs left & regrowth has been quick. £25 would be a far more reasonable price, and much more in line with the market. I won’t be coming back.
